Shipping Only
PoreSilk operates as an online-only business. We do not offer pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly to your nominated address.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
- New Zealand-wide: 1–4 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. PoreSilk is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at Hello@poresilk.nz within 7 days of expected delivery.
- We will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier and provide a suitable solution.
